About the Role
As a field service technician, you’ll support the installation of products by providing field start-up and warranty services. You’ll assist owners in optimizing system and equipment operation and provide technical support and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment to contractors and owners.
Responsibilities
Conduct onsite start-ups of company equipment
Troubleshoot equipment operation and provide warranty repair and service as needed
Provide equipment operation support to Outside Sales
Work closely with the factories of the company’s product lines to provide feedback on common performance issues
Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor
