I’m looking for people who are willing to upsell every customer and strive to meet and exceed sales goals. Need to be somewhat tech savvy and understand cellphones decently well. If you’re really quiet or looking for a simple customer service role, this is probably not for you. Pay is $13 per hour for the hourly portion, and $20 per hour after commission from sales. Example of a great sale: customer comes in saying their iphone is getting older and want to see what options they have. You sell them a new iPhone, an Apple Watch because there was a great deal on them when getting a new phone, a case, screen protector, car charger, insurance on the new phone because you explained the benefits of it even though they have never had phone insurance before. You also sell them Verizon Home Internet because it’s a lot cheaper than their existing Mediacom and offers the same 1 gig speed with truly unlimited data. Lastly you asked them what streaming services they have and bundle them in with their Verizon plan to take advantage of $5 savings on each. This huge sale would have made you about $60!
Example of a poor sale: you only sell this customer a new iPhone, without insurance, and only a case and screen protector. Again, this is not a clerking job. We can teach you how to sell, but you need to be motivated to maximize every customer every time, while maximizing your pay check!
