Intoxalock is one of the largest and fastest growing car breathalyzer companies in the USA. Our business is growing and we are adding to our sales team! Are headquarters are right here in Urbandale, IA! Intoxalock manufactures and leases ignition interlocks (car breathalyzers) to people who are legally required to install one due to a DUI, DWI, or OWI. We have more than doubled in size during the past four years and continue to grow at 20%+ annually.

Job Purpose:

The Outbound Sales Associate is primarily responsible for following up with prospects/customers, at various stages during the sale process, and working with them to ensure they choose Intoxalock as their ignition interlock vendor and complete their sale/installation.

Key Accountabilities:

Communicate with prospects/customers (primarily via phone and email):

—¦Selling the value of Intoxalock to prospects, closing sales, and scheduling installation appointments;

—¦Following up with customers that have made a payment but have not scheduled an installation and working with them and Intoxalocks service centers to schedule the installation;

—¦Following up with customers that have missed their installation appointment, and working with them and Intoxalocks service centers to reschedule the installation

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling to customers

Excellent verbal skills

Ability to quickly learn and apply entry-level sales tactics

Comfortable speaking with Intoxalock service center network to schedule installations

Must treat customers and Intoxalock service centers with utmost professionalism and respect

Active and timely follow up on customer lists (provided by Leadership to Associate)

Possess high attention to detail

Ability to understand and follow shipping rules, guidelines, and pricing

Must live the Company Values and Standards of Behavior

All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required

0-3 years of sales experience

Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong verbal communication skills

Strong motivation and desire to control own income
