Specialist Wanted!
Are you a creative mind with a passion for gardening and a flair for marketing? We're
seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist at Ted Lare
Design Build + Garden Center. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful
impact on our locally run family business.
Responsibilities:
Create purposeful content following brand guidelines to reach our clients
and potential new customers through Weekly Newsletters, Instagram,
Facebook Feed, and TikTok posts.
Developing a content calendar for all media platforms and plan for each
quarter.
Capture the beauty of our landscaping jobs and our garden center through
stunning photos and engaging videos.
Analyze results using Google Analytics and other social media analytics to plan
for future posts and changes to strategies.
Create additional written content for the company such as signage, blog posts,
brochures or pamphlets.
Use creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Mail Chimp, Wordpress, Photoshop,
and Bitly to create visual and print content.
Collaborate with each department manager to ensure consistent and appealing
branding across all channels.
Skills Required:
Creative flair and a passion for storytelling through visuals and written content.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling captions and posts.
Familiarity with apps and relevant tools such as Mail Chimp, Bitly, Wordpress,
Photoshop, etc. to create written and visual content.
Photography / Videography experience using iphones, digital cameras, drones,
etc.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar marketing role.
Compensation:
Full time hours, starting wage of $19+ per hour, with potential for salary based on
experience and performance.
