Normandy Terrace Apartments is looking for a maintenance technician immediately. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9 am to 5:30pm with rotating on-call responsibilities. Starting wages $20 + based upon your HVAC experience.
The job position would include plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, preventative, turnover and routine maintenance. This would include snow removal as necessary. Prefer HVAC certification and experience.
