Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job Details:
-Ensure safe collection and shipment of patient specimens in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will serve as a liaison between patients, clients, and internal DRUGSCAN employees.
-Patient Care. Greet and identify patients according to SOP.
-Sample Collection & Shipment.
-Review test requisition for proper test collection.
-Assemble equipment necessary to collect specimen.
-Collect specimens for drug testing according to SOP.
-Match requisition to collection of tubes for completion.
-Prepare and package specimens for shipping to testing location according to SOP.
-Documentation & Customer Service.
-Obtain billing and testing information according to SOP.
-Perform customer service duties to include phone inquiries and patient encounters.
-Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance and quality control of test kits and urinalysis equipment.
Qualifications:
-1 year of customer service experience preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good organizational skills and detail oriented
-Exceptional time management skills
