We have won Cityview's Best Local Food Truck and Top 3 Best Local Sushi in the Des Moines area the past 2 years, and are looking for a sushi chef to add to our team.
Requirements:
-pick your own schedule. We mostly are open evenings 4-8pm Tues-Fri, but participate in other big events with different hours
-competitive hourly pay +tips. Our crew has been very happy with the average nightly tips
-must maintain a clean area while under pressure. We normally have orders booked before opening, 1 order every 5 minutes. It's crucial to be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality
-transportation is a must. We travel all over the DSM metro. You are welcome to meet us at the location at opening time, or catch a ride from Norwalk in the food truck an hour or so early. We pay travel time for locations 45min+
