Ted’s RV Park in Decatur City, Iowa is seeking a friendly, dependable camp host in exchange for FREE site rent.
In addition to your full-hookup site, there may also be an opportunity to work paid hours at our brand-new on-site coffee shop, Highway 2 Brew, as the shop grows.
If you're interested in learning barista skills and enjoy customer interaction, this could be a great way to pick up extra hours.

Ted’s RV Park is located just half a mile from Interstate 35 in Southern Iowa. We’re a small, welcoming campground offering clean campsites and simple amenities like showers and laundry to create a comfortable experience for travelers.
Your Full Hookup Site Includes:
Water, sewer, 30 & 50 amp electric

On-Site Amenities:
Free showers
Free laundry
High-speed internet
Camp Host Duties:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
Answer phones, assist with guest questions, and take reservations over the phone.
Keep campsites, bathrooms, and common areas clean and orderly.
Help monitor the park to ensure cleanliness and that campground guidelines are being followed.
Contribute to creating a welcoming, friendly, and helpful environment for all campers.
Optional Paid Opportunity – Barista at Highway 2 Brew: Our on-site coffee shop, Highway 2 Brew, is now open, and there may be opportunities to work paid barista hours, depending on staffing needs and your interest.
Previous experience not required – we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities may include preparing coffee and specialty drinks, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining shop cleanliness, and providing friendly customer service.
Shifts likely to be mornings and weekends, though hours are not guaranteed at this time.
In exchange for your help, you'll receive a full-hookup site, free use of on-site amenities, and the possibility of earning additional income at the coffee shop.
