What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Finance & Investment Management Director to join our Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions (WSRS) team. In this role, you’ll upgrade existing forecast models and tools supporting WSRS finance and m anage Principal’s propriety fund infrastructure on the WSRS platform including forecasting, analysis and ensuring connectivity with Principal Asset Management (PrinAM)!Additional duties include:

WSRS Forecast Model Enhancement

Pricing Model & Other Tool Development

AUM Net Cash Flow Forecasting

Investment Transfer Pricing Review

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

8-10 years related work experience

CPA, CFA, MBA preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial services and retirement industry required, along with a strong customer focus

Extensive knowledge of Defined Contribution investment products and solutions.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Advanced background in financial modeling using Microsoft excel and access. Experience using other business intelligence systems a plus.

Must have excellent management/leadership, decision making, planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, listening, and oral/written communication skills

Ability to work independently with little to no direction and maintain a high degree of accuracy while being detail oriented required

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$137000 - $185000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
