What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Worksite Experience Manager to join our Enterprise Worksite Services Staff team. In this role, you’ll be an experience-focused leader who provides a high-quality employee experience at the worksite to help foster connection that helps bring out the best in people. This role will have responsibility for creating onsite employee connection programs and will lead and manage high-impact events and projects that enhance both remote and in-person work experiences as well as support Principal's connection to the community through events.This role drives consistent, quality service through oversite of the worksite experience team and vendors for the following in office employee experiences (but not limited to): supporting over 700 employee conference rooms, client conference centers, many events located at our World Headquarters and Regional locations. This role has responsibility for work efforts that support the employee move experience as well as reactive operational furniture and ad hoc worksite experience requests.

Provide management responsibility for Conference Room and Event Management. Will assist with the execution of the most complex, large scale, high profile meetings and events.

Lead a growing worksite experience team, develop their expertise, and facilitate their professional development; provide coaching and feedback.

Partner with Corporate Sourcing and Supplier Management, Worksite Services leadership and other stakeholders to administer the vision and core strategy of mid scale outsourced service. Understand contract and key performance metrics or statements of work for vendor relationship(s).

Ensure continual alignment and collaboration with the Facilities, IT, Food Service, Security; continuously building and maintaining strong relationships. Share strategic vision with service providers and monitor performance. Vendor/Supplier Management - Maintains awareness of the worksite and submits or directs work orders as needed.

Has responsibility for all move and furniture related work orders supporting the employees at our World Headquarters. Communicates and collaborates with vendor partners to address issues in prompt manner.

Manage executive-level interactions for the worksite experience team; handling escalations and managing expectations, as needed. Resolve procedural, operational and other work related problems by communicating with and responding appropriately to a demanding and diverse client base in answering questions and assisting with requests.

Perform other job duties and essential functions as needed.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required with a minimum of 6+ years of experience (conference and event management, hospitality, event planning and execution, project management) and 2+ years of formal leadership.

Experience in project implementation, vendor management and supplier management.

Highly motivated and self-empowered to resolve customer issues.

Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills that lead, influence and encourage others.

A creative team player; resourceful and innovative. Proven ability to think strategically, socialize and implement ideas from ideation to evaluation.

Agile individual who can quickly adapt to the ever-changing needs of our workplace and employees.

Act as the eyes and the ears of the office, gathering feedback through surveys to inform and enhance offerings.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Utilize data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$71250 - $95950 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
