Team Leader Physical Security

Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as our Team Leader Physical Security! Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, the Team Leader Physical Security will manage and evolve physical security programs across access control, emergency response, risk assessment, and vendor oversight. In this role, you will guide incident investigations, coordinate with law enforcement, implement safety training, and help ensure a seamless integration of security into enterprise operations; always with a calm, professional presence and a proactive mindset. Your work will touch everything from routine operations to leading a team of security professionals, ultimately strengthening our culture of trust, readiness, and corporate responsibility.  The ideal candidate is an experienced security professional with a blend of strategic thinking, tactical know-how, and people leadership capabilities. You lead with a balance of integrity, discretion, and a strong presence, even under pressure. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of security and business, with the ability to translate functional expertise in a corporate environment.
