Job Title: Tablets & Powders Tech IIIJob DescriptionAssemble and disassemble production equipment such as blenders, granulators, tablet press, liquid filling lines. Clean the production equipment. Operate production equipment. Prepare product into display boxes for veterinary clinics. Prepare shipping boxes for the warehouse. Palletize boxes weighing 20 to 40 pounds. Blend pharmaceutical products with senior employees. Compress pharmaceutical products through various equipment/machines. Document completed work on paper. Follow work order forms.Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble production equipment such as blenders, granulators, tablet press, and liquid filling lines.

Clean the production equipment.

Operate production equipment.

Prepare product into display boxes for veterinary clinics.

Prepare shipping boxes for the warehouse.

Palletize boxes weighing 20 to 40 pounds.

Blend pharmaceutical products with employees.

Compress pharmaceutical products through various equipment/machines.

Document completed work on paper.

Follow work order forms.

Essential Skills

6 months of packaging, inventory, or shipping experience.

6 months of documentation on work order.

Ability to read work orders and complete cycle counting.

6 months or more of machinery operation experience.

Ability to clean equipment.

Ability to disassemble and assemble machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with packaging, inventory, scanner, picking, shipping, machine operating, and general production.

The culture is very family-oriented with a strong emphasis on work ethic and promotion from within.Work EnvironmentShift: M-F 6am to 2:30pm. Team-oriented culture with 11 current team members. Employees will work in pairs or teams. Dress code includes leather shoes, scrubs uniforms, safety glasses, and hair nets. Leather shoes are provided and kept on-site. No cell phones or food/drink in the production area. The environment can be dusty, and respirators and dust masks are available. Employees must be clean-shaven and no jewelry except for a wedding band is allowed. The role involves handling potent ingredients and requires attention to detail. The facility is a manufacturing site for vaccines and analyzers for cats, dogs, and other animals.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
