What You'll DoThe Product Manager is an experienced member of the Workplace Benefits and is responsible for defining and prioritizing the teams backlog to effectively address identified product/program/project management objectives. Play a meaningful role in the oversight of delivered work, and is instrumental in preparation and delivery of system demos with experience working with intermediate portfolios.

Show confidence in understanding of the product and future strategy. Embody mindsets in our technology culture. Assist in representing a balance of product direction and the customer/stakeholder needs.

Partners with Sr. PMs; AD, Dir., or Sr. Dir of Product Management to ensure product strategy aligns with product family, business, and enterprise strategies.

Responsible for backlog refinement and preparation of planned releases which includes backlog grooming, and ensuring the backlog represents priorities of the business are adequately represented.

Assist in making decisions to enable the team to deliver quickly. Be comfortable not having all of the answers.

Responsible for validating the story meets acceptance criteria and will achieve the desired customer outcome.

Start to build a network of partners in various areas and use resources, in addition to own knowledge and experience to understand the stakeholder/customer.

Seeks opportunities to improve the product management practice within their sphere of responsibility; and takes action to continuously improve.

4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent proven through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Demonstrated experience with critical thinking, collaboration and decision making in a product environment.

Proven track record to successfully lead multiple workloads/products and/or contending priorities.

Experience with stakeholder and relationship management in a product environment.

Demonstrated experience leading, influencing, and negotiating in a product environment.

Ability to improve diverse perspectives and use of customer, user, or partner data and insights to advise decisions and actions.

2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Experience with COMPASS Admin Platform or other Benefit Platform preferred BUT not required.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$106400 - $144400 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
