We do this by engineering, designing, manufacturing, supplying and field servicing forming and shoring products for concrete construction. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Machine B Operator at our Des Moines, IA facility. The shift is 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime. Starting pay is $22.01 and may be higher depending on experience. Responsibilities & Duties:
Operate punch press.
Operate brake presses, hydraulic and mechanical.
Operate O.B.I.'s and cycle Dyne heater.
Operate bevellers.
Operate material handling equipment.
Assist A operators as assigned.
Record labor accurately on work orders and Kronos.
Complete Quality Audit process.
Clean and maintain work area on a daily basis.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
Machines, Tools, and equipment used:
Successful applicant will also use the following tools and equipment to complete their assigned tasks: Punch press, press brakes, material handling equipment, jib hoists, tape measure & templates, O.B.I.'s, bevellers, grinders, templates, and cycle dyne heater.
Education & Skill Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to read both metric and imperial dimensions accurately on tape.
