JavaScript CRM Developer

Terrific Contract Opportunity!

• With guidance, conduct analysis and development, elicit requirements, write correct and clean coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation and maintenance
• Able to work with guidance on multiple layers of the solution if needed
• Participates in technical design of features
• Enable marketers from around the enterprise to effectively reach out and connect with current and future customers
• Understand complex technical concepts and translate them into solutions that are understandable and engaging
• Leverage data to produce personalized experiences relevant to customers
• Enable foundational marketing technology solutions that use data to make effective marketing possible
• Able to work with guidance on software development/solutions
• May be required to provide on-call support
• Team is highly collaborative and spends much time mobbing (working closely together)

• 4 to 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an IT professional
• JavaScript programming experience
• Experienced with API calls, system integrations, and data positioning/movement
• Experience with development for cloud platforms (we use AWS, but were open to others with experience in Google Cloud Platform, Heroku, etc.)
• Experience implementing and extending vendor solutions
• Experience implementing and extending vendor platforms (examples include: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Mentoring, teaching and growing skill sets of others
• Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills required
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
• Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both It and non-IT partners
• Ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT related field is a plus
• Basic leadership skills preferred
• Excellent time management skills preferred
