We are seeking an IT Analyst (Infrastructure) for a direct hire role in Des Moines, IA.  This role will be onsite/in the office and will work the night shift.  This role can work 12 hour shifts for 3 days.  In this role, you are the first point of contact for IT service requests.  This role will support the environment and IT Department to support migrations, rollouts, life-cycle management, and IT special projects. Additional responsibilities include:  Help analyze the short-term and/or long-term network capacity needs for current and future network requirementsHelp design the network architecture and performs technical analysis of software, hardware, network systems, systems engineering for front-end processors, multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systemsAssists in ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and protocolsContributes to the work on computer integrated manufacturing problems of limited scope and contributes on projects or processes while receiving detailed instructions from higher level professionals
