Flexible work from home options are available.Job Summary：Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a VRF Technical Specialist. In this position you will be working closely with our contractor customers and internal service fulfillment team to ensure proper installation and startup. You will also be providing sales support in the application of Trane/Mitsubishi VRF products.Responsibilities:
Responsible for VRF post sale product success
Monitor, measure, and modify process and process measurements to meet customer needs effectively and efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers, and co-workers.
Build relationships and trust with owners and contracting customers.
Provide commercial and high-level technical product technical training to district office personnel and customers.
Responsible for field training of customers in the installation and troubleshooting of VRF products.
Able to troubleshoot VRF systems.
Assist customers in the startup and commissioning of VRF systems.
Participate in Mitsubishi DSG program as a representative for your territory.
Administration of warranty process and all post sales activity for VRF business.
Travel to job sites as required. Some overnight travel as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of HVAC technician experience is required.
VRF technician experience highly preferred.
Strong communication skills required.
Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems required.
Working knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, etc. preferred.
Customer presentation / training skills is preferred.
Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory.
