Desktop Analyst PERM

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Desktop Analyst in the industry. This role is based in AMES, Iowa, 50010-5745, United States. As a Desktop Analyst, your focus will be on processing technical support requests, managing customer accounts, and ensuring optimal functionality of desktop systems. You'll work to enhance security, service delivery, user experience, and device management processes.Responsibilities Handle technical support tasks related to Cisco Products, Cisco Routers, IP Telephony, Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unity, and Cisco Voice. Oversee the deployment of application install packages through software distribution infrastructures like Ivanti, Airwatch, and SCCM. Manage standard Windows desktop images and provide support for all peripheral devices. Utilize tools like GPO, Powershell, Ivanti, Airwatch for managing end points. Administer Office 365 in a cloud environment and execute delivery plans for Mobile Device Management of company-owned iOS devices. Collaborate to manage OS deployment processes using InTune, MDT, or Ivanti. Troubleshoot advanced endpoint issues and engage in hardware evaluation. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Desktop Analyst Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Cisco Products Demonstrated experience with Cisco Routers Familiarity with IP Telephony Skilled in using Cisco CallManager Understanding of Cisco Unity Experience in Cisco Voice Advanced knowledge of Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP) Familiarity with VoIP and VoIP systems Expertise in VOIP - Voice Over IP is a must Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
