It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Equipment Insurance Review Associate within Collateral Management Insurance and Tax as part of Commercial Banking Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com .The team is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of insurance related to secured loans. Ensures collateralized loans are properly secured and meets standards described by Wells Fargo Policy. This role may interact with customers, front line partners, internal credit partners and insurance agents. This role ensures a full and comprehensive quality review that commercial equipment insurance policies meet all related requirements.In this role, you will:

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs

Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online

Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks

Act as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursements

Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Gathering and reviewing Insurance information or searches from a wide variety of internal and external sources

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Hazard Insurance experience - reviewing and interpreting insurance policies as they apply to collateral secured loans

Commercial loan experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

Ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Job Expectations:

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to work additional hours as needed
