Client Solutions Consultant (Open to hiring at Senior Consultant level)

The work that our Client Solutions teams are doing in collaboration with our business partners will create these changes, all while working to minimize health care costs. Use your strengths as a Client Solutions Consultant! In this role, you’ll deliver integrated comprehensive consulting services to employer groups by analyzing utilization, financial, clinical, and benchmark data from multiple sources. You’ll provide actionable, strategic recommendations to stakeholders (customers, brokers, and members) while adhering to established data governance standards and processes. Additionally, you will analyze solution performance, evaluate effectiveness, and develop client recommendations. As a key member of internal cross-functional teams, you will leverage client experience to enhance solution and consulting capabilities. These efforts will enable clients to support their benefits strategy and manage healthcare costs effectively, ensuring a balance between cost and strategic objectives. Ideal candidates are skilled consultants who bring industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical skills. They have the ability to analyze drivers of trend, identify and model solution options, and engage with Wellmark large group clients as trusted advisors. They are creative in their approach and excel at communicating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
