Design & Develop Analytics: Utilize Epic tools, SQL, and Power BI to build dynamic dashboards, visualizations, and reports that enable strategic decision-making.
Drive Performance Improvement: Analyze clinical processes to map data, implement population health management tools, and track key performance metrics.
Consult & Collaborate: Provide technical expertise and training to health center analysts, ensuring their success across projects and initiatives.
Enhance Data Governance: Lead and participate in governance committees, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
What You Bring
Proven Expertise: 3+ years working with SQL and report writing or data analysis, with experience in database structures and tools like Power BI.
Healthcare Focus: Background in Epic EHR data reporting and population health tools preferred.
Technical Savvy: Skill in synthesizing data from multiple sources and creating reliable reporting frameworks.
Educational Edge: A degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
