Accounting Internship: Summer 2025

Regular attendance and punctuality, hybrid internship working remotely and onsite from mid-May to mid-August.Assist in the preparation of general ledger entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing and analyzing financial data. Assist in the approval and verification of proper coding for employee and business expenses.Assist with cash payment preparation and cash flow monitoring.Assist in the monitoring and reconciliation of the company’s cash pooling accounts.Assist in recording monthly sales activity for legal entities.Assist in the monitoring and determination of proper accruals for tax and audit.Assist with coordinating, updating, and maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules on the company’s accounting software.Assist with recording and reconciling activity on leases / loans.Assist in the preparation of audit work deliverables.Assist with the loading of financial budgets to Great Plains.Work within the company’s software programs that include Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Coupa, SAP Concur, Microsoft Office, and others.Other duties as assigned.
