- 3 - 7 years of experience in a Medium-sized business environment. Enterprise Experience is a plus but not required
- Four-year accounting or finance degree
- Thorough understanding of accounting systems, processes, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Attention to detail, dependable, fast learner
- Technologically savvy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Willing to assist other departments as necessary
- Discretion of confidential information
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
- Oversee daily billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions
- Help to maintain the company's accounting system and files
- Perform and/or oversee monthly close activities, including reconciling General Ledger Accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and other managerial reports and metrics
- Analyze and interpret data, and make recommendations
- Provide ideas to improve efficiency
- Maintain and enforce internal control policies
- Prepare and confirm all payroll activities
- Providing support in collections and management of client issues as required
