Position:The Regional Warehouse Manager provides operational leadership for four production sites across Pennsylvania, Illinois and Indiana. We entrust the Regional Warehouse Manager to deliver service excellence, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of company KPIs through; the establishment of customer relationships, achievement of targets, team member engagement, development of leadership team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 Duties/Responsibilities:ProceduralComplete responsibility for the operations of all warehouse processes & proceduresEnsuring SOP’s are up to date and reflect best practiceHold managers & supervisors accountable and ensure teams are following the established standardsOversee and build procedures to ensure all KPIs are being metEnsure warehouse maintenance contracts are in place and being followedOversee team member conformity with quality standardsCollaborate effectively with other department leaders to ensure seamless flow of activitiesCreative in resolving operational interruptions such as system issues, transport delays, inventory concerns, etc.Ensure current and accurate inventory managementEnsure warehouse management system procedures are adhered to and functioning properlyConduct periodic inventory audits and spot checksEnsure material handling equipment is in good working order and related maintenance inspections and works are being performedIdentify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to appropriate personnelDataBuild, provide and maintain analytical reporting to follow departmental activitiesProvide recommendations on related measurable KPIsReview and approve weekly labor hours for payrollContinuously monitor warehouse/yard layouts to ensure uninterrupted production flowReview and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations and layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality and customer serviceHelp transfer, build, and push new ERP upgrade/migration from Dynamics AX to D365 projectTeamLead four direct reports with an overall team count of 40 employeesEstablish performance goals for the team to ensure required levels of productivity, inventory precision, quality and organizational objectives are being metTrain and manage the distribution team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goalsLead regular general meetings with the team in the different sitesPlan long range labor requirements based on sales, seasons and input from staffDevelop cross-departmental relationships & collaborate closely with production, planning, distribution and transportation teams
