Production Operator-Area C Utility

This is a union position within our Milling & Blending area of the plant.This position is responsible for placing lots of gelatin and placing it in a blender to which the gelatin is placed in 50 lb. bags to be stacked, stretch wrapped and sent to PB Leiner customers. While in the position, the person will operate many types of machinery, monitor critical control points (magnet, metal detectors, etc.) to ensure food safety compliance, operate forktrucks to transport pallets of finished product and ensure the work area remains clean.
