Utilize your technical proficiency and business knowledge to manage the analytics team effectively. Foster a culture that values insights and data-driven decision-making, identifying new opportunities for business value. Use your technical skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Apply your experience in descriptive and diagnostic analytics to the benefit of the team and the wider business. Utilize your skills in predictive analytics and statistical modeling to drive business decisions. Work within enterprise data environments, including structured data models, governance frameworks, and analytics-driven decision-making. Use analytics for customer segmentation, retention analysis, and engagement strategies in a data-centric organization.Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Proven track record in Insights & Analytics Management. Proficient in Data Visualization and Analytics. Strong skills in Predictive Analytics. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server. Practical experience with Microsoft SSRS. Ability to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Experience in Interactive Data Visualization is essential.
