Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Service field. Please Apply ASAP or contact me on LinkedIn at Bradley Christensen- Permanent PlacementResponsibilities- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements - Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Understanding of basic networking concepts- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Practical knowledge of scanner- MS Windows 10 experience preferred- Basic Troubleshooting experience- General familiarity with iOS Devices- Adeptness in Wi-Fi- Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting- Demonstrated knowledge of Peripheral Devices- Strong familiarity with Hardware Troubleshooting- Printer Problems experience highly preferred- Microsoft Office 365 experience- Experience with IT support ticketing systems- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
