Strategic enrollment & retention system

Perkins V requirements - comprehensive local needs assessment implementation and new requirements for expenditure and monitoring

Work-Based Learning Continuum - supervising Carl Perkins Facilitator/WBL Coordinator and ongoing engagement with community partners through Advisory CouncilsHS Registered Apprenticeship SponsorQC Youth Apprenticeship Consortium Founding Team Member - Lead efforts for new QC apprenticeships

Collaborative Teacher Team Coordinator

Ongoing curriculum and assessment support

CTE pathway development and implementation

Develop and maintain professional working relationships with the community

Develop & implement PD plan

-K-12 Health & Physical Education

Oversee PE Community Partnership TeamLead curriculum updates K-12

Lead district Wellness Committee and Oversee student wellness policy

Districtwide Collaborative Teacher Team Coordinator

Develop & implement PD plan

-Concurrent Enrollment

Liaison with EICC contacts regarding issues with implementation (grades, professional development, EICC requirements not being met)

Coordinate needs assessments with programming to better align offerings to post-secondary pathways

-Course Guide Assistance -Career Readiness Support

Implementation of career readiness system - (includes training of staff in the use & comprehensive plan for implementation 7-12

Monitor & guide implementation of Iowa Career & Academic Plan

State reporting of ICAP engagement & compliance requirements

Content Area Certification

Five years of classroom experience at the secondary level

Expertise in staff development & expertise in facilitating adult groups

Technology proficient in using Google Docs, Sheets, Forms & Sites

The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students and their families to ensure that each child reaches his/her full potential
