Description Robert Half is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a respective client in the Quad Cities! We are in search of a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers and organizational excellence to assist in overseeing financial records and ensuring seamless business operations.Responsibilities:Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits accurately and timely.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Monitor customer accounts for delayed or non-payment and follow up on outstanding invoices.Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to facilitate payment collections and resolve billing discrepancies.Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status and aging analysis.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparation as needed.Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations related to accounts receivable functions.If you're seeking a fulfilling role that's both challenging and rewarding, apply now to become our newest Accounts Receivable Specialist!
