Leadership of the NGS portfolio strategy and tactics that drive share gain and champion sustainable process building to deliver on strategic goals
Monitor, synthesize, report, and drive actions related to material changes in the market and competitive environment
Create and sustain a path for IDT to expand its leadership position for the given portfolio responsibility
Partner with R&D to drive the innovation pipeline, build business cases, and deliver new products to market on time
Oversight of multi-product lifecycle strategies, roadmaps, and commercialization plans
Co-development of vertical marketing strategies and cross-BU channel alignment including, oversight of outbound marketing strategy, including website, digital, lead generation, campaign management, tradeshows, and localization of marketing materials
Create global and cross-functional followership to deliver against strategic priorities, including participating in Cross-OpCo shared Danaher Life Sciences platform initiatives
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in business or life science (biology, biochemistry, chemistry) or related field
15 years of experience in life science or related market, with 10 years of experience in leading strategic and tactical product management and marketing activities at a global level
10 years of experience working with life science clinical and research global market trends, technologies, and marketing strategy with experience establishing and delivering on strategic initiatives in highly complex (spans a multitude of global customers, channels, and markets with a wide variety of product technologies operating through a matrixed environment), including overseeing product life cycles
10 years of experience leading and managing people and teams, including experience managing people leaders, and demonstrated experience as a strong people leader and team builder with a track record of identifying and developing talent and increasing engagement for all associates
Demonstrated understanding of operations with a focus on executing on lean/continuous improvement

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Advanced degree, such as MBA, or Master’s or PhD in business or life science (biology, biochemistry, chemistry) or related field
