DescriptionScheduled Hours:Monday-Friday: 7am-1pmSaturdays: Rotational 8:30am-2:30pmFlexibility is required in this position, as there may be times where this position will stay a bit after their scheduled "out" time to ensure all work is batched and taken into scanning.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs preparation of documents for scanning. This may include the following:

Validating documents being batched are for correct Client, Sort Pile, and PO Box.

Create Scan Batch Header.

Affix Scan Batch Header and EOSB (End of Scan Batch) to each Scan Batch.

Responsible for verifying and double signing each Scan Batch Header for accuracy.

Rubber band batch and take batch into Scanning.

Removing empty tubs and lids and bringing them to Mailroom.

Reference work instructions as needed.

Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

Qualification Requirements –To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Able to read, write and speak English.

Able to maintain confidential information.

Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.

Strong attention to detail.

Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
