Receive/ship packages as needed.
Provide assistance to walk-in and phone customers, handling inquiries related to textbooks, necessary supplies, and basic financial aid queries.
Manage cash, check, credit card, and financial aid transactions efficiently.
Foster healthy relationships with the campus community.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment in the campus store.
Consistently deliver quality customer service
Requirements
Skills We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, instructors, and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills to address conflicts and find suitable solutions.
Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Trustworthy and reliable.
Background in a similar role is an added bonus!
