Facilities & Maintenance Technician III

Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Facilities & Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs. Under general supervision, the technician will perform basic maintenance/repair tasks and Preventive Maintenance across multiple systems including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor controls, plumbing, welding, and general facilities upkeep.Equipment serviced includes CNC machines, CO₂ lasers, paint systems, pumps, compressors, welders, hoists, HVAC systems, and factory utilities (gas, water, air). Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, repairs, and installations Essential Functions:Adhere to safety standards while operating tools and equipment.Complete work orders efficiently and with high-quality results.Maintain effective working relationships with team members, contractors, and vendors.Communicate clearly and professionally to exchange relevant information.Adapt to changing schedules and priorities; respond promptly to emergencies.Work independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
