Pay Info: Pay starts at $20.50 and increases according to years of applicable experience.Department DetailsA new department bringing High Reliability methodology to Post - Acute services that include Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Memory Care Assisted Living, Home Health Care, Hospice and Services at Home.Entire team works remotely, engages daily and supports the growth and development of the program including daily workflows.Newly developed Risk Management Software Riskonnect will Launch March 19, 2025 for all Post - Acute service lines and managed by the Patient Safety Department.Job SummaryNeed to currently live in SD, ND, MN, IA, NE or WI.Assists with the coordination of Risk activities and schedules in all markets with preparation and management of meetings, High Reliability Organization spreadsheets, Root Cause Analysis/Apparent Cause Analysis documents and spreadsheets for reporting, data management and trending of reported events. Functions as the liaison with event reporting software company for risk management. Provides support to risk leaders and teams including coordination of events, meetings, and committees. Assists with payroll, ordering supplies, scheduling of meetings, and other tasks as needed for risk leaders. Maintains regional High Reliability Organization spreadsheets to improve continuity, efficiency, and accuracy across the enterprise. Liaison for Risk Management with the risk software company to maintain and maximize software use for risk management. Assists in preparing reports from event reporting software as needed for directors and leaders. Educates leaders with responsibilities for conducting follow up of events on functions within the event reporting system. Assists risk management with maximizing event reporting software. Maintains accurate locations and users within event reporting software.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with internal and external team members utilizing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Assists risk management leaders in data trending in individual regions and across the enterprise. Organizes and maintains New Clinical Services Committees in all regions. Organizes and maintains the Risk SharePoint sites and updates or archives information as needed. Maintains Serious Safety Event Rate High Reliability Organization spreadsheets as needed across the enterprise.QualificationsPost-secondary education, Associate Degree preferredMinimum of at least two years’ experience in health care field or information management. Must have full knowledge for using Word, creating PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheet management in Excel.
