Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians!Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be required to perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks and damage to walls, install necessary appliances and equipment, check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues, maintain grounds including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc., perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc., complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems, test the functionality of the facility's safety systems, collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions, and report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Charles City, Iowa.Work EnvironmentThe work hours are from 5am to around 3pm, Monday to Friday, with 5-10 hours of OT per week. The environment is chilly due to the nature of the facility, but it is very tolerable. The team currently consists of 7 maintenance people, with plans to add 6 more.
