Job Overview
We’re hiring Drivers and Helpers for a furniture delivery team based in Cedar Falls, with daily departures from Cedar Rapids. This is a fast-paced, full-time contractor role averaging 50–60 residential delivery stops per week.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday
Start time: 5:20 AM in Cedar Rapids
Typical end time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, depending on efficiency
Occasional Mondays or Sundays as needed to make up for holidays
Major holidays off
Compensation (1099 Contractor):
Driver: $160/day
Helper: $150/day
Paid Weekly
Stop Bonuses (Per Person):
51–53 stops: $10/stop
54–59 stops: $15/stop
60+ stops: $20/stop
Average Weekly Pay Range:
Drivers: $800–$940/week
Helpers: $750–$890/week
Additional Opportunities:
Other miscellaneous bonuses may be available depending on the job but the above are the most common.
More stops = more pay. Bonus opportunities increase with higher volume.
