NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION OPERATORSLocation: Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha & MarionALL SHIFTS AVAILABLEPAY: $16-$20/hr - FULL TIME - PAID WEEKLY + BENEFITSPrimary Duties:
Assembling products using hand and power tools
Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Performing quality assurance inspections
Packaging finished parts. Tape, label, and stack boxes
Collect and prepare parts for kitting
Cross train with other departments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of production/manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Ability to stand on feet up to 12 hours at a time
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
