Description Structural Engineer - Bridge SpecialistOur fast growing client is seeking an experienced, talented, and dedicated Structural Engineer who specializes in bridge design and construction to bolster our team. If you bring a strong foundation in civil engineering, a track record of successful project management, and a passion for creating enduring and safe bridge structures, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee construction of bridge structures as per detailed client requirements.

Use your leadership skills to manage and direct project staff and ensure the right resources are allocated effectively.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and guaranteeing their satisfaction.

Constantly communicate with various stakeholders, from architects to municipal leaders, demonstrating your strong interpersonal skills.

Solve complex engineering problems, drawing from your reserve of knowledge and experience.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the design and construction oversight of bridge structure projects in the United States.

Professional Engineer (PE) designation with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a Structures emphasis. Master's level education would be hugely beneficial, but is not essential.

Demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in project management.

Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Experience illustrating progressively greater responsibilities in project assignments.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; this position interacts with individuals from diverse backgrounds - non-technical clients, architects, design technicians, civil engineers, the general public, developers, administrators, municipal leaders, and staff.

Outstanding problem-solving skills, along with an ability to keep projects on scope, on budget, and on time.
