What is the job?
Communicate and demonstrate policies and procedures to ensure a clear understanding from all employees.
Coordinate/conduct harassment prevention training.
Responsible for creating, planning, and overseeing the company's employee engagement initiative.
Provide assistance and direction to the management team in the area of employee relations.
Coach and mentor employees in their relationship with the company.
Assist in conducting new hire orientation.
Serve as a liaison between the company and the employees.
Conduct additional Human Resources Training.
Attend local and corporate business meetings as requested.
Assist with investigation and resolution of employee complaints and concerns.
Assist managers and supervisors with coaching and corrective action procedures.
Responsible for creating, planning and overseeing the employee appreciation program and activities.
Develop and oversee an onboarding program for new hires.
Produce a detailed monthly report on employee turnover at each site.
Manage company events such as employee recognition luncheons and annual meetings.
Provide translation and interpreting services as needed.
What should you bring to the job?
Bilingual in Spanish
2-3 years of Human Resources experience
Flexible on hours worked
Has not worked with live animals in the past
