This role will help with our operations and award management, ensuring effective administration of the center. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to collaboration across various stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:
Grants and financial administration: Assist in preparing grant proposals; oversee submissions and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Monitor the center’s budget; process financial transactions and verify expenditures; prepare financial reports; conduct financial analysis.
Operational support: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; manage travel arrangements; procure equipment and supplies; track inventory. Collaborate cross-departmentally; maintain administrative records; guide staff on available resources.
Communication and collaboration: Facilitate communication with stakeholders; assist faculty and researchers; support preparation of publications, presentations and reports.
As an important member of the team, you will collaborate daily with engineers and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
