Senior Data Engineer

Job Description Evaluate existing Azure Data Factory (ADF) with SSIS lift-and-shift pipelines to dimensional model. May be asked to translate SSIS pipelines to ADF Build new ADF pipelines for additional data sources and create dataflows to wrangle data into data warehouse or data lake Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines. Develop and deliver data management strategies in a mixed (on-prem and cloud) data environment. Work with business stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Create custom software components and analytics applications. Employ a variety of languages and tools to marry data systems together.Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Azure DP-203 certification is desired. Proven work experience as a Data Engineer, Software Developer, or similar. Five or more years working experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Power BI.o Specifically Delta Lakes Working experience with Microsoft SSIS for on-prem enterprise level data processing ODS data into dimensional models. Must be aware of new Azure Tools in General Availability such as Fabric, Power Automate to improve workloads. Strong experience with data injection, working with varying data inputs of different file formats (CSV, batch, etc.)  Work in our Indiana, Waltham (west Boston), and Chicago office 3 days a week is a plus. nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
