Our client, a leading agricultural company, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently or with a team, and have the ability to adjust to changing conditions.Job Title: Production OperatorLocation: Worthington, INPay Range: $19.50 - $22.50 per hourWhat's the Job?
Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading
Complete a wide range of harvest activities, such as husk and sort operations
Operate dryer to dry crop within the prescribed safety, quality, and financial requirements
Label, tag, bag and palletize seed
Enter inventory information into computer
What's Needed?
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 60 pounds, work in and outdoors, walk on uneven surfaces
Ability to communicate verbally and written
Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts, including over-time as needed
Pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
Have reliable transportation to the site and be able to arrive at the work site as instructed
