Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to provide cost management support on a large-scale technical construction program for a key technology client. This role is part of a major capital expansion of high-tech manufacturing facilities and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects in a dynamic, client-facing environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical and plumbing systems, with experience supporting cost management across all phases of MEP design and construction.
 Responsibilities:Provide cost estimating and cost planning services, including conceptual, programming, and detailed estimates.Develop and manage MEP-specific cost plans and budgets.Analyze and validate MEP contractor and subcontractor pricing and change order proposals.Support procurement activities including bid analysis and contract documentation for MEP scopes.Participate in value engineering exercises with a focus on MEP systems.Produce monthly cost reports and assist in presenting updates to the client.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure MEP cost alignment with project goals.Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all project stages.Support post-contract cost management including change control, cost checks, and valuations.Identify opportunities to improve MEP cost management tools, templates, and procedures.
