Position:At Techo-Bloc, our marketing coordinators are a crucial piece of the production puzzle. This entry level role is a perfect fit for those newer to the industry, or anyone looking for a career steppingstone in marketing.Monitor marketing inventory by performing routine cycle counts.Use your keen attention to detail to investigate discrepancies and make adjustments to reflect sample orders.Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments of marketing material; label/tag materials appropriately and ensure customer delivery.Partners with marketing team to plan and execute showcases.Act as a point of contact for customers and material requests.Verifies Return Material Authorization (RMA)Problem solve potential issues, such as shipping, stocking and distribution.Keep track of the demand and TRs of marketing items to ensure proper inventory placement, counts and packaging. For reception and shippingProduce the a-frames and repair kits (or any other projects for MKT) that are listed in the Teamwork Planner and assign the proper status and ETA to each order.Fill the BOM & ROUTE spreadsheet in each production order for us to consume the material out of inventory and assign the right number of hours to the prod. (2 people working 4 hours on a project for example = 8h labor)Make sure the WAT-MKT is clean (nothing on the floor, bins empty, no fallen structures or wrap flying in the yard)Transfer the material required for production from DC01 to WAT-MKT both physically and in AX. Needs to ensure material is available at the right time for productions, ideally, they are placed and opened in WAT-MKT PRIOR to production.Cycle Count 20 items generated by AX (ABC coding, Antoine to provide training and support) twice a month.Keep all products properly identified, clean and up to date in the building.Physically inspect product and build sample orders by hand.Continually monitor and verify all aspects of product quality.Follow established guidelines on policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Communicate any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions with yard coordinatorWear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.Work in collaboration with other forklift drivers, truck drivers and other employees in order to achieve performance goals.Perform other related duties as assigned
