- Educate sales associates and other healthcare professionals on products and aid in any technical challenges within their portal
- Ability to take initiative and improve current processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in team- oriented project groups
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
