Medical Records Designee

If so, have you considered working as a Medical Records Designee at Miller's?As the Medical Records Designee, you are responsible for auditing and maintaining records of admissions, discharges, and in-house residents in compliance with state and federal regulations. You control release of information to authorized persons/entities. You prepare and/or obtain necessary transfer information when residents transfer to or from another facility.
