We help individuals with different abilities, like intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, in a variety of programs with a focus on providing person-centered care. We aim to empower those we assist to pursue their dreams while our dedicated team provides guidance, support, and care they deserve with dignity and respect.What You Get to Do:  Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.Build relationships with persons served and teammates.Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
