About us

Eco Logical Solutions is a waste oil furnace company established in 1986. We supply new furnaces, parts and service to our customers throughout Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. We established our ecommerce presence in 2008 through Ebay, Amazon and our own part website. We are dedicated to supplying our customers with top notch products in a timely manner.

We're looking for an office assistant that wants to learn and grow with the company and is looking for long term employment. Who is ready to learn about our product and is eager to help our customers in a friendly and efficient manner. If you would enjoy a career in customer service and office administration at a small business with a friendly positive environment, this is the job for you.

Duties include:

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Pack parts and process shipping labels.

Process orders in Quickbooks

Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.

Assist with data entry and order entry tasks.

Create and update spreadsheets

Proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Provide support to other staff members as needed.

Learn about products so that you can better assist customers.

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in computer literacy.

Previous experience in an office setting or similar role is a plus.

Friendly positive attitude.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Trustworthy and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Profit sharing bonus

Schedule:

Day shift 8:00am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri Summer hours Mon-Thurs with a weekly bonus of 4 hours pay

No weekends

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
