Manufacturing Test Support EngineerPosition Level: Exempt Reports To: Engineering Manager Position Summary: Provides technical test assistance to customers in test board design, test board assembly, and production harness manufacturing test. Continuous improvement responsibility for the harness testing process. Essential Job Functions (include but are not limited to):Maintains and updates harness test systems and software Analyzes customer requirements and provides customer with the best solution in the most cost-effective manner. Updates management when appropriateDesigns and writes test specifications for harness testing projects when

requiredApplies tools from Lean Manufacturing to solve testing problems and improve test operationsWorks toward achieving goals established with the Engineering ManagerEnsures performance of all quality standards that pertain to harness manufacturing and testingMaintains the ISO 9001 and IATF quality standards on all projectsAssists engineering harness personnel and production personnel with any testing issuesDemonstrates professionalism when representing the company in all communications with internal and external customers and vendorsFollows all company policies and procedures Sustains housekeeping standards in accordance with KRSC appearance guidelinesMaintains KRSC to internal safety standards and OSHA complianceConscious consideration of the Kirby Risk organization when engaging on social media, mindful of the images and language usedCompletes and demonstrates a full understanding of ongoing cyber security training concepts and applicationsIn addition to the Essential Functions and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also
