As we continue to focus on ambitious growth goals, we are excited to announce an opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. We are looking to fill two positions: one serving the Lafayette and Crawfordsville markets and another serving the Anderson, Muncie, and Noblesville markets. While candidates residing in these markets are preferred, it is not a requirement. This role is integral in driving revenue, building strong relationships, and supporting the success of specific branches and their assigned territories. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and sales teams to implement effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Regularly engage with branches and customers to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Actively support sales activities through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement initiatives.
